What part of the plant is the insect eating? When time was the 
insecticide applied? Same questions apply to all pesticides. Sevin is a 
terrible pesticide for bees, but I have used it many times in the past 
for cucumber beetles by applying it in early spring as a wettable powder 
on the first leaves. So the bees are fine.

How has the CCD team proved the data inaccurate? Love to hear from them.
