Depends entirely on the clubs here in Maine. Most start in September and
meet once a month, so Tony has to schedule his visits (on his own dollar,
not paid by the state) based on that. One club meets all year and they had
their "winter prep" meeting in August. Tony also has a column in the state
newsletter and writes quiet early on getting ready for winter. Plus there is
a whole set of seasonal "to dos" on the State website.
