From: Dan O'Callaghan:  "I am curious re the .5 under the apiaries/colonies 
inspected columns.  What kind of colony would be counted as a 'half' colony?"
 
It might refer to 1/2 of a colony or what we know as a nuc, a five frame, 
reduced size colony.
