I think what the above demonstrates is the pattern of Bayer not willing to
change when change is needed.

When a company has a long history of not solving issues and the worlds
spotlight turns on said company its very hard to hide those past issues.

After awhile beekeepers became frustrated with lack of action but plenty of
PR.
