Does phostoxin sterilise? I know it is effective against wax moth and small
hive beetle but will it kill AFB, EFB and chalkbrood?

As for ozone, all the evidence I have seen and been told points to it being
a good surface steriliser but has poor penetrating powers so would not be
suitable for full sterilisation of combs.
