I use a Senco gun with 1 3/4 in. staples to build frames. It is fast, and they do not come apart. The 1 3/4 staples
would probably do a good job on boxes, but I use 2 or 2 1/2 in. screws with a Makita screw driver for those. You can get
screw guns with banks of screws to speed things up.
