Good gravy, are we whipping this old horse again? As someone who has done commercial beekeeping, university level bee research, state bee inspection, AND been a sideliner, I just don't get what f'ing difference it makes. Who's the better musician, the one who plays in a bar six nights a week, or the one who gets together with friends and rarely performs in public? Which doctor would you rather go to when your ticker starts to go--, a specialist or the on-call doc in the ER?
