Ted,, no one ever really said pesticides are good for you, Hence the long EPA, and FDA process to prove that it is relatively speaking the lesser evil.

We also add a REALLy long label of instructions for those who are actually smart enough to read it, it includes a long list of handling precautions (which is why the CA lawsuit on cancer baffles me) instructions for application timing to ensure food is safe, and environmental precautions.

It’s a simple balance of risk, What every anit roundup person fails in is understanding that point. Its risk to the environment is very real, but the risk of both loss of habitat, and the options is even worse. So many fail to grasp the concept of the root cause. What really drives pesticides is human population, But try that conversation at a party. Much easier to blame some company.

The real fascinating point for me is that roundup for all purposes is about dead on its own, another 4-6 years and it will be pretty well obsolete, used about the same as Sevin dust.

Charles
