I would wonder if commercial operators would "rent" empty supers and frames
to sideline and hobby keepers who would then turn in the filled supers for a
percentage of the results. The commercial operator who has the processing
capacity could handle the work for the smaller operators . The smaller
operators get paid when the larger crop gets sold.
