I found the following interesting from the posting and need to follow up on what happened with the NRDC lawyers:

"In the U.S. the non profit Natural Resources Defense Council filed a lawsuit in Washington DC to 
force the federal government to disclose studies it ordered on the effect of clothianidin on
honey bees."

"NRDC lawyers believe that the EPA has evidence of connections between pesticides and the 
mysterious honey bee die-offs across the country called CCD that it has not made public"
