It is indeed outrageous, but if you click on the evidence button on that page It will take you to a page that does not support any of the statements.  Check out -

At the bottom of the outrageous page it says  - "This evidence-based monograph was prepared by The Natural Standard Research Collaboration".  Yet none of the evidence cited supports the statements.  I wonder who this group is.  Their webpage is password protected - Members only.

Can we write Mayo and  comment on this page?
