With the permition of the moderator I will like to bother with this off
topic.

My mother is the current Ministry of Education of Chile and ask me to help
in the following:

One of the problems with the earthquake had been the destruction of many of
the schools of the affected area. Our education year was due to start past
monday.  Chile is searching for "emergency" option. something top of the
shelf , proved on other disasters as school options. The demand is well over
500 solutions (I do not have the exact number right now).
