Does anyone here have any experience with something called Cymilium?
It claims to "eliminate the itch and burning of all sea pest bites,
bug bites and stings" by "neutralizing the venom". The web site
suggests that the active ingredients are "pancreatin/subtilisin+urea",
though the box lists the ingredients as: ammonium hydroxide 3%
in a base containing aloe vera, cetyl alcohol, diazolidinyl urea,
emulsifying wax, methylparaben, mineral oil, pancreatin, petrolatum,
polyethylene glycol distearate, propylene glycol, propylparaben,
sodium laurel ether sulfate, stearic acid, urea, and water.

An acquaintance of mine mentioned it to me yesterday and finds
it very effective against mosquito bites. However, I'm leery of
substances that are sold only from an online site - if the stuff
is so great, wouldn't every pharmacy stock it?

So I'm curious to know if anyone on this list has come across it
and/or tried it for relief from bee stings.

Anne, backyard beekeeper, Montreal.
