camera during the day, as the ambient temperature is in the high 90's,
close to body temperature."

The Bushnell cameras have settings for low, normal, and high sensivity
(read low, normal, and high temperatures).  Works fine.  Another nice
feature is the standard camera tripod mounting threads which permits the
positioning versatility of a tripod versus adapting to the location of a
tree or a post.  See bushnell.com
