As to sources of paint...
My brother owns a business painting houses and often times he has leftover
paint. Here in Florida it is against the law to throw away paint (fear of
groundwater contamination) so you have to take it to a "hazardous
materials" collection center and pay to have it disposed of properly. He is
more than happy for me to use his leftovers. Take a walk through the yellow
pages and see if there are any painters in your area that have leftovers
that they need to dispose of.
