>In a world with an ever increasing population...

This was brought home to me this evening - as though I needed reminding.

First I was watching the David Attenborough's meeting with President Obama; perhaps you saw it over there. Apparently the world population has tripled in David's lifetime.

Then I watched a programme about Mary Arden - William Shakespeare's mother. They were talking about the population of Stratford-upon-Avon being around 1,200. In 2012 it was estimated to be 20,505.

I think that my generation has had a far better deal than our descendants will get.

Best wishes
