All,

Yesterday the air temp never got over 40 degrees F. I noticed that
were I had emptied my wax rendering pot bee were swarming around to
get to the honey. I noticed that all of them where Carniolan. I
observed them coming and going from their hives. There was no
activity from the Italian colonies. How cold does it have to get for
Carniolan bees to stop foraging.
