Thanks for mentioning that, Bill.  Tracheal in particular causes these 
symptoms.

With the limited info, we have, TM is in my mind the prime suspect, however 
viruses can have similar effects, so we just do not know without any bodies 
to dissect, but it is possible to make good guesses.
