Peter Borst, like myself, was a NYS Inspector and like myself was not part
of 'the system'.  Peter also knows much more than I about similar programs
in neighborhood states.  In regard to NYS ever hoping to have an effective
Inspection Program he said 'NYS is hopelessly corrupt, they are incapable
of doing it right. They have created a huge reservoir of ill will that
would take decades to ameliorate.  F'get about it."

I absolutely agree.  Let the Bee Wellness program flourish, but at all
costs keep it away from Ag. and Markets.

Thanks also to Aaron for his accurate and unbiased history of NYS
Inspection that got us to where we are today.
