I know at times many would say I am anti organic,  not at all,  but we as a nation,  and as beekeepers have to understand the real cost of organics,  one of which is in fact food safety.

It is a price we need to realize.  When your  business model requires you to grow your food with fecal matter as the base,  the risk increase.  One of the perks of the green revolution was to at least reduce the risk of many bacteria.
