Most keepers rent hives for less than $50.00 for strawberries, blue

My $250 price is for buying the woodware and bees especially for them (a
reasonable price) and then managing the bees for them.  The colonies need to
be dedicated to their property - whether or not they produce honey - to
allow them to claim the ag assessment for their property taxes.  Renting
them for a short period does not work.  For that price they subsidize the
establishing of the colonies.  My time is rewarded only by the honey that I
would collect..... well, that is the deal I offer.  It must be a bad deal.
I have never had a taker.  Yet, I would have no problem finding new sites
for beeyards.

Maybe your are not way too low.  Maybe I am way too high.
