With all due respect, that stuff is old. The article I cited is in the October 2010 issue of "Bioessays". The commentary was produced in a consultatory process initiated by Geoffrey R. Williams, and involving the other authors. The paper was written by Geoffrey R. Williams, David R. Tarpy, Dennis van Engelsdorp, Keith S. Delaplane and Dave Shutler with contribution of additional ideas and comments by Marie-Pierre Chauzat, Diana L. Cox-Foster, Peter Neumann, Jeffery S. Pettis and Richard E. L. Rogers. 

In their words: "CCD, is characterized by the rapid disappearance of adult bees from colonies containing brood and food stores but lacking damaging levels of parasitic Varroa destructor mites or Nosema microsporidians." In other words, if the disappearance can be linked to specific quantifiable causes, then it isn't CCD, which refers to collapse that can't (as yet) be linked to a specific agent, -- though not for lack of trying.
