Pete, I don't know whether you've met Dick, but he is a keen observer with
a very sharp scientific mind.  He's well aware of the sorts of statements
to which you refer.  But in this case, I agree with him.  I've also tested
oxytet in a quite a few colonies exhibiting brood disease signs that were
difficult to identify.  Some respond quickly to the antibiotic, some
don't.  And yes, I ran controls.
