Have you the source of European regulation about honey
testing and requirments, something like the Codex
maybe. With respect, that sounds to me like a "one

I am surprised European on the list do not react more
than that to what is written about this thread.

I am always surpised to see all honey I see in Canada
is Clover or Golden rod or blueberries or Apple or
Raspberries whatever its mix origin (from Argentine to
China). I guess all other countries plant North
American plants to fit our market, of course. Now,
what lab in Canada perform pollen analisys in honey ?
