Several readers noted some anomalies in the above quoted material. It seems obvious that the numbering in the apparent quote in the message suggests that the material is actually excerpted, although there is no such indication accompanying the quote.

A quick Google using the title brings up a list of source URLs, the most recent of which seems to be
http://www.ema.europa.eu/docs/en_GB/document_library/Scientific_guideline/2010/11/WC500099137.pdf

http://www.agroscope.admin.ch/imkerei/00316/00329/04435/index.html?lang=en&download=NHzLpZeg7t,lnp6I0NTU042l2Z6ln1ad1IZn4Z2qZpnO2
gives an easily readable version from which the ,aterial seems to be excerpted.

When possible, writers are requested to please provide source URLs for context purposes.
