Being tubby  or even overweight is not the problem. Lack of muscle tone is
the reason most get hurt.

From our private emails Murray I know you do plenty of heavy lifting bee
work. If I remember correctly you told me awhile back you  have spent quite
a bit of time in the yards this year because of help problems.

I bet you have got excellent muscle tone in your arms, legs  and back.
