Where can one find a cheap source of burlap?

What's your definition of cheap. Used  burlap bags can (not always) contain 
chemicals but I do use some bags.
Hobby Lobby sells burlap rolls I think for between $10-20 U.S. .

Peanuts still come in 120 pound burlap bags and pipe fittings . Others?
