From what I gather from all the posts is that suppliers cannot be trusted
to deliver what they promise. 



Bill I am not sure I would agree with that,  just  that some of the supplier (SE in particular)  make no real claims other than "Italian heritage"  just sometimes if you don’t ask  you get whatever mutts are handy!  If it matters I think the key I have been seeing is to ask!
