Wow, I can't believe  educated people actually think quarantines work, I guess all the imported pests didn't know that.  I remember my bee inspectors advising me in the late 80's my empty bee boxes had to be netted to prevent varroa mite spread, we know how that went,lol.
 
It takes time or two to pick up what a simple mind can absorb from the paper, but I'm glad it finally got out,  it's been way to long getting some type of headway, and finding that smoking gun as Jerry coined.
