It was interesting that the study included Imid since it "is known" to have
the same symptoms that the other insecticides and fungicides produced. So,
again, we have the same symptoms with other pesticides as well as additives
on bees that the neonics have. Plus, the researchers increased the doses
(just like the neonic studies) to see just how far they could take it.

We have additional confirmation that learning problems for bees are not
confined to the neonics but with other pesticides as well as additives
thought to be harmless. Plus the damn things are sprayed on blossoms so our
bees the maximum dose, not like the neonics that are seed coated. Add that
there is a demonstrated effect on bees in almonds while there is none on
bees in canola. So you have problems on non-neonic crop and none on a
neonic crop.

We have a whole spectrum of stuff out there, like cumophose which we put in
our hives, that have the same effects as the neonics! We are 'sub-lethal"
dosing the hell out of our hives and do not even need the neonics!

Remember, the classic problem with neonics is that sub-lethal doses lead to
a "compromised immune system" and colony collapse. But Jerry's work showed
that you could get collapse without any neonics present. His work also
showed that a colony is a sponge of chemicals, so how many of them also
lead to "compromised immune systems" and collapse?

We live in interesting times.
