This issue of rural responsibility is not only interesting, but perennial.

I must not let my livestock roam.  But your pollen or seeds are allowed 
to contaminate my crop.  Perhaps I should be able to sue my neighbour if 
his organic crop of variety X delivers pollen to my organic crop variety 
Y, and thus my saved seed turn out to produce valueless produce next season.


Not to mention all those weeds coming from your property.

And just to keep it relevant- Get those nasty drones of yours away from 
my queens.
