You should do the testing and then charge accordingly with the results to
your customers.

Later to compete with others you should define a method for rating potency.

Test at the same time your best seller, maybe it can have something.

BTW, red wine have an orac value lower than most honeys, that is 20 times
lower than pollen and 900 times lower than propolis.
