Garrett,
         There is a woman by the name of Susan Cobey who works at the Ohio
State University.  She has a fairly good knowledge of the mutations you are
looking for.  She may even have some suggestions on who to speak with about
locating some information about eye color mutations.  I do know that most of
the mutations are recessive and must be maintained through instrumental
