MOLLI: Grandparents  and Grandkids “Connecting the Circle” Science Day  
Camps 
Kids 8-12 years and their  +50  grandparents are invited to come together 
to learn from each other through  scientific exploration in both classroom 
and field experiences at UM.  The  fun begins with the Magic  with Chemistry 
with GWiz (UM Professor Garon Smith).  Following  this explosive opening the 
participants will head off for their chosen 2-day  camp.  Learn from 
experts: visit the sun, stars, and galaxies, buzz up with  the bees, go on a fossil 
dig or maybe become a robot for a day in one of these  2-day interactive 
summer science camps.  
Note: Grandparents and grandkids  relationship optional (teams consist of 
one +50 adult and one 8-12 year old  child).  
Date: July 20-21,  2009 
Tuition: $100  per pair  includes 2009-2010 MOLLI membership ($20 value).
