I read a post the other day about top feeding with gallon size plastic
zip-lock bags instead of gallon jars which I have used in the past. In the
past I put the gallon jar on a 1/4" shim on top of the slot in the inner
cover, then put an empty deep super over the whole thing. When using the
plastic bags I read that you should use 2 - 2" slits in the bag, but do you
put the bag directly on top of the frames, then add a shallow super with the
inner cover on top or the other way around with the bag on top of the inner
cover and no extra super. Also, do the bees go into the bag to get the last
parts of the syrup?

Thanks in advance,
