HI Walter and all

I prefer thicker foundation because I no longer wire my
frames.  I use shoulderless grooved top and bottom bars with
bobbie pins through the end bar holes to support the
foundation.  I 
checked at two local suppliers.  One sold 16 sheets per lb,
the other 7 sheets per lb.  The 16 per were $12.99/lb with
no trade-in allowed whereas the 7 per were $9.99/lb without
trade-in 
wax $5.75 with trade.
