As admirable as they may be, they don't tell the people you
preach to, and who believe you, what they really need to know.

You don't have a crop to speak of.  You just told us about as
clearly as if you said that in so many words.

It is even worse than I thought.


What I see in Dee is the perfect example of what a leader should be 

Genuinely committed to her cause
Leads by example
Sacrifices to do the right thing in her own operation 
Teaches generously what she believes to any that wish to follow
Defends and espouses her beliefs publically
Completely open and forthright by welcoming anybody who wishes, to visit her operation


Proud to be one of her followers
