<Since switching to liquid smoke, I haven't noticed those irritating little
black specks that seem to get through the finest strainer when bottling
honey

I have fully open mesh floors so normally just puff a little smoke under the
floor.  Some over the brood box when required but never over the supers.

After the baffle tank, I filter in two stages - first with a Maxant filter
which is in line with my pump, then as a final stage I use a Swienty conical
filter (100 micron) on the settling tank.  Not much gets past that.
