I doubt they are claiming it's the best they can do.  This is what we call
low hanging fruit.  It also is an easier sell, we'll plant flowers that
will make things look pretty and get a bunch of butterflies etc to boot.
 I'm not saying we should stop there, but shouldn't we do the easy fixes
first?  in general does not more flowers=more pollinators?  Not much point
fixing any other problems if there's no food for them to eat.
