B401 seems very effective, Lucky you, I had to get it from england.
I immediatly went to Plan B and ordered a second bottle (at the same time)
from a 2nd english supplier, they both made it thru customs
I strongly recomend that you store it in the frig, it will get very stinky otherwise.
Still seems to be effective.  If you spray everything, it will completely solve your problem
My most northern yard is cold enough that it is  not needed, 
I would say the boundry is just south of Lindsay, Peterbourgh
(running east-west)
