Hello,

I went into the beginning stages of anaphalactic shock 12 years ago and was
then tested for bee venum allergy---results being allergic. At that time I
did not go through the desensitization program. I have been stung since
then and have always given myself the epinephrine immediately.

I recently was retested and the results were that I am still allergic. I am
thinking about going through the desensitization program. I would like any
comments from people that have gone through the program....i.e. : Would
they go through it again? Have they gotten stung since--and reacted? How
long ago did they go through it? etc.

Thank you for any information.
