mechanism / procedure

protection against frame rupture during honey extraction.

The forces imposed upon frames full of honey whilst being spun results 
in those with traditional wax bases being blow out.

Sterilisation of the plastic by physical means is not easy, nor are 
chemical methods as far as I am aware.
