I have to wonder where you are shopping.  On every single variety of 
inexpensive supermarket honey labeled "honey" not imitation honey or 
honey syrupo, but, as you suggest above "honey" the only ingredient is  
. . . honey.

In the supermarkets in my area there are usually 6-10 varieties/packers 
on the shelf.  Are they all lying?
