I'd like to publicly thank everyone who is participating in this discussion and
particularly Barry and Bob for their researched contributions.  I can see they
have both been doing their homework and sharing their learning.

This discussion is to me an example of the best and ideal use of BEE-L and I
very much appreciate all informed comments.
