Has any study been done on the queens' bugling? It might be difficult to
research. Is there anything written on bugling? What motivates bugling?
Do only virgin queens bugle or do mated queens bugle for specific reasons?
A rather mundane issue in light of the many weighty issues that press on
beekeeping today, but I do find it an interesting phenomena.
