That would be "for personal use".

I constantly bring honey back from all over the planet.
Never had a problem yet, as long as it is in checked baggage, and declared
to Customs/APHIS, but on the other hand, I am a well-dressed middle-aged
white guy with first class tickets, carrying a US passport with more stamps
than a philatelist.
