Hi Bisi,
 
Many thanks for that comprehensive information.
 
Would it be a useful variation to the technique to add a large (clean)  stone 
to the honey and wax in the straining material? I'm just wondering whether  
it would be more effective to keep the unmolten materials below rather than  
above the honey.
