My bees sit near where large fields of corn and soybeans are rotated.  If
soybeans were a good nectar producer, I should notice a big difference
during the soybean years.  I don't.  If it is all soybeans or just the
varieties used here (northern Illinois, also) it seems bees do not work them
well.
