All large packers could use the GMO free label as i have taken tours and?
have been assured every piece of pollen is filtered out by their process. 



Then is it still honey?? Pollen is an integral part of honey. In the EU honey, treated as described would have to be labelled as such.? Many customers purchase because they find that honey relieves symptoms of hay fever.? If the effect is real and not placebo it has to be down to the pollen contained in the honey.
