It's mostly harmless, I should think.  The app has clickable websites
and I assume that the phone numbers in articles and ads are intended
to be clickable, too, on devices capable of making phone calls.

I suppose that this could be a problem for some, if a number were to
be accidentally dialed, but for me that is no issue.
